In the not-too-distant future ageing supervillains are forced to live out the remainder of their lives in

the Criminal Cove facility in Florida. Too dangerous for freedom but too old for prison these elderly villains live out their days in the hum-drum living death of a nursing home, with guards.

When one of the greatest villains of all suddenly passes away it sparks a movement in a small group of inmates who seek to reclaim their glory days and escape.
